I have been trying to contact someone on the very same link you have sent..no success..it keeps proverb there a no agents available. And I am beyond pissed at skype. I accept contacted someone with an issue I had a calendar week ago and they gave ne aforementioned lame explanation. And information technology but happened again now..xxx min ago..skype messed up my phone call from the States that I have been waiting on for 11 days. Outrageous. I am beyond livid. And yeah looks like in that location s no i to assistance me or the Mr to a higher place so I d like to send complaint to a existent person. And no. It is not my net connection. Skype s answer push..there due south non such...merely hangs up

Hi Arissa - I tried Live Chat already and it was not helpful. I demand to submit a complaint to Skype. How can I practise that? At that place must be an ombudsman. Or person in charge of customer service. That should be standard concern practice. I just need to know the best road to take.

Many companies do not provide a direct line of end user support to various managers/developers/other personnel. Requests follow a set procedure. I already provided the excerpt from the Microsoft Services Understanding on where to mail service a notice of dispute. This would be your artery of back up if live chat support is unable to provide you with an acceptable resolution.
